The Field Inventory is a collection of data field entries within the collected permit forms. The pivot table allows users to compare data field entries from all states within a specific form type. Through manipulating the elements of the table, users can see if highly-used data fields are missing from their state’s forms. For access to the forms themselves, please see our Forms Index.
